Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American journalist for the broadcast industry. Her most famous role is anchorwoman for CNN's morning program At This Hour. Bolduan was previously a co-host on the CNN Monday Morning Programs New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan has been part of CNN the award-winning news coverage of the 2016 and 2012 presidential elections. Bolduan also worked as a congressional correspondent based at Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. Bolduan was a reporter for legislative and congressional occasions, including the talks to raise the debt ceiling of the US as well as super committee meetings. Her work on general assignments has included stories about Christmas Day, the Christmas Day Bombing, Obamacare's Supreme Court Decision and implementation of the stimulus program by the government in 2009.
